Absolutely! I offer a free 20-minute consultation where we’ll talk through your goals and challenges. I’ll walk you through the best service or package based on where you’re at and what you need.

What do I need to have prepared before we start?

For most services, you’ll complete a short intake form. If you already have a resume, job description, or career ideas, feel free to share them — but no pressure. I’ll help you get clarity along the way.

How long does it take to receive my resume or other materials?

Turnaround time varies depending on the service, but you’ll always be given a clear timeline up front. Resume-only services typically take 3–5 business days after our intake is complete. Larger packages may include multiple steps with flexible pacing.

How are coaching sessions conducted?

Most of my sessions are held in person in the Denver area, because I believe face-to-face support builds stronger trust, accountability, and results — especially for something like Interview Prep, where body language, tone, and energy matter.

I’ll reach out after booking to coordinate a location that’s accessible and comfortable for both of us. If meeting in person isn’t possible due to distance, scheduling, or preference, I also offer virtual sessions via Zoom or phone. Just let me know what works best for you!

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes! I understand that career support is an investment. Some larger packages may qualify for a flexible payment plan — just ask during your consultation or booking.

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the nature of personalized services and digital products, I don’t offer refunds. However, your satisfaction matters, and I always include space for revisions or check-ins to make sure you're happy with the results.

Can I book multiple services over time?

Absolutely. Many clients start with one service (like a Resume Revamp or Interview Prep) and later return for coaching or a full package. I’m here as long as you need me.
