Hi, I’m Jaden — the founder of Next Chapter Career Services Co. My career has been anything but linear, and that’s exactly what inspired me to create this company. Over the years, I’ve worked in a wide range of roles — from supporting justice-involved youth and partnering with nonprofits, to collaborating with policymakers and leading professional development workshops. Each experience taught me something new about people, resilience, and the power of meaningful work.

But of all the roles I’ve held, career coaching has always been the one that lit me up the most. I’ve seen firsthand how transformative it can be when someone gains the confidence, clarity, and tools to move forward in their career. Over time, what started as a skill I used in every job naturally grew into a calling of its own — and that’s how Next Chapter Career Services was born. I wanted to create a space where people could feel seen, supported, and capable of building the careers they’ve always wanted, regardless of where they’re starting from.

I’ve guided clients through every stage of the job search journey: creating over 100+ resumes, coaching dozens of people through interviews, and helping individuals who once felt stuck or overlooked land opportunities they never thought possible. I’ve walked alongside career changers making bold pivots, professionals re-entering the workforce after time away, and first-time job seekers navigating applications for the very first time.
